Homecoming at GHS
We keep track of our alumni's success at GHS. We find that even though our alumni make up about 10% of each GHS class, they earn considerably more that 10% of the leadership, academic & social awards. Not only are our alumni chosen to be on the Homnecoming Court more than 10% of the time, they regularly win the top spots. Here's how they've done the past few years:

Homecoming Court nominees are chosen by their peers by a written ballot that includes every senior's name (this isn't a process where you get nominated by a friend). There are usually 4 or 5 nominees for both king and queen. A second vote is held to determine king & queen with just the nominee names on the ballot.
