​Fr. Anthony Amadi - Pastor

​Father Anthony Amadi, SMMM, comes to the Diocese of Boise and
Grangeville from Nigeria. Father Anthony studied philosophy at St. Joseph’s
Major Seminary in Ikit-Ekpene and theology at Seat of Wisdom Major
Seminary in Owerri, Imo. He was ordained on July 22, 2006 at Mater Dei
Cathedral in Umuahia. Father Anthony served as principal at Holy Family
Secondary School and as principal at Bishop Nwedo Memorial Boys’ High
School in Ossah. He also served as the assistant cathedral administrator at St.
Mary’s Cathedral and the pastor at parishes in Honsea, Hull City and Redcar
for several years before being named a teacher and sports director at Holy
Family Secondary School. Just before coming to the US, he was rector and
vocations director at Mercy Seminary in Bende operated by his Order, the
Sons of Mary, Mother of Mercy.

Matt Jessup

Matt is a SPPS alumnus, graduating from Grangeville High School in 1997.  He attended the University of Idaho where he met his wife, Tema, from Hayden Lake, Idaho.  After graduating in 2003 with degrees in Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems and English, Matt moved to Chicago, IL with Tema where Matt worked as a Human Resources Administrator for AAR Corp., an aeronautical supply and logistics company.  In 2008, they moved to Boise, Idaho.  There, Matt worked as an HRIS Analyst for the JR Simplot Company.  Three years later, Matt and Tema moved to Grangeville where Matt commuted to and from the University of Idaho School of Law in Moscow, Idaho, graduating in 2014 with the degree of Juris Doctor of Law.  Now, Matt practices law in Grangeville, Tema is a physician with Syringa General Hospital and their three children, Joe, Kayla and Leah attend school at SPPS.

​Andrea lives in Grangeville and works for Cottonwood Community Federal Credit Union as a loan officer.  Her three children, Callie, Tucker, and Blake, all attend SPPS.

I attended SPPS for 1st - 8th grade. My two children Clay and Maggie also attend. My husband Cody works for Stuivenga Vessey Drilling and I'm a stay at home mom. I'm so glad to help out and be a part of this great catholic school!  black.ckc@gmail.com

Tesse Pineda

​Tesse graduated from Grangeville High School in 2003, earned a BS degree in Elementary Education from Lewis-Clark State College in 2008, and is a certified teacher in the State of Idaho.  She currently works as a book keeper for her family logging company with her husband,  Jeff. Tesse is an alumni of SPPS and is thrilled to continue the tradition with her two children,  Aliyah and Alex!
