FACTS Family Portal

Secure access to your family's school information

Saints Peter and Paul School families use FACTS Family Portal to stay connected with student information and school resources. Returning families can go directly to the portal below, while first-time users can follow the account setup instructions on this page.

Open FACTS Family Portal

FACTS is a secure third-party service and will open in a new tab.

Keep the SPPS District Code handy when signing in or creating your Family Portal account.

SPPS District Code STPP-ID Enter the code exactly as shown.

Returning Families

Open the FACTS Family Portal.
Enter the SPPS District Code: STPP-ID.
Enter your existing username and password.
Sign in to access your family account.

First-Time Account Setup

Open the FACTS Family Portal and enter District Code STPP-ID.
Select Create New Family Portal Account.
Enter the email address you have provided to Saints Peter and Paul School, then select Create Account.
Check your email for a message from FACTS containing your account-creation link. The link is active for 6 hours.
Follow the link and create your username and password.
Return to the Family Portal and sign in with your new credentials.

Trouble Signing In?

Didn't receive the setup email?

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the same email address that is on file with the school. If the account-creation link has expired, begin the account setup process again.

Forgot your username or password?

Use the username or password recovery options on the FACTS sign-in screen. Recovery information will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
